  3. Ultimate version with the 'BlowTorch' video upgrade
In the Deluxe package you get the main 158 page digital manual plus you get 3 months of email coaching and an email newsletter.

With the Ultimate you get the guide plus two online tools - a Metabolic Rate Calculator and the Body fat Analyzer. You also get a detailed Progress Tracker for the workouts which you can print out and an upgrade to 12 months of email coaching.

The 'Blow Torch' upgrade gives you everything above plus a 21 page digital manual with 7 videos varying in length from 16 - 21 minutes where the author performs the workout for you to follow.

This is a great option for those who can't always get to a gym. I preferred this option myself as I think it is better value for money and covers everything.

Cons:
  • Because this program is built on weight training, it doesn't contain too much info on cardio workouts which is something that I missed in this program
  • You will need to commit to working out regularly, so if you hate working out this isn't for you
  • Most of the exercises require weights so you would either need to get some dumbbells for your home or have a gym membership
Overall, the Fat Burning Furnace isn't the most advanced diet program in the world, but if you're looking to just lose weight and get fit without getting too scientific, this is a worthwhile program to try.

Most of us are aware of the fact that in order to achieve the goal of having a flat stomach, it is going to be necessary for us to exercise. Although diet plays a large part in reducing our body fat as well, it is the exercise that is going to cause our abdominals to be flat and lean.
